We make every effort to complete projects within the estimated timeline. However, delays may occur due to weather conditions, material availability, permit processing, or changes requested by the client. We will communicate any anticipated delays promptly.

6. Warranties

1 stands behind our craftsmanship and offers warranties on both labor and materials. Specific warranty terms are provided with your project agreement. Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or acts of nature.

7. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to provide reasonable access to the work area, ensure the safety of personal property not involved in the project, and communicate any concerns promptly. The client is responsible for obtaining any necessary homeowner association approvals.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 1 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service in question.

9. Cancellation Policy

Projects may be cancelled with written notice. Cancellation fees may apply depending on the stage of the project. Any deposits for materials already purchased or work already completed are non-refundable.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of the state in which the services were performed.
